Terms of Service — Gaia’s Italian Kitchen

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your participation in Gaia’s Italian Kitchen classes, events, and use of our website. By registering or attending, you agree to these Terms.
1. Services ProvidedWe host cooking classes, community events, and related activities.
2. Payment & Cancellations

• Class fees are due upon registration or as otherwise noted.
• Cancellations made within 48 hours of the class are subject to a $40 fee.
• No-shows are non-refundable.

3. Risks & LiabilityCooking involves sharp tools, heat, and allergens. By attending, you acknowledge and accept these risks.

• You are responsible for disclosing any allergies or dietary restrictions in advance.
• Gaia’s Italian Kitchen is not liable for injuries, allergic reactions, or damages incurred during or after participation.

4. Intellectual PropertyAll class materials, recipes, photos, and videos remain the property of Gaia’s Italian Kitchen unless otherwise stated. You may not reproduce or distribute them for commercial purposes without permission.
5. ConductParticipants must behave respectfully toward instructors and other attendees. We reserve the right to refuse service or remove disruptive participants.
6. CommunicationsBy registering, you agree to receive class confirmations, reminders, and optional promotional messages. You may unsubscribe at any time.
7. Governing LawThese Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to conflict of laws.
