Just a few friendly reminders & recommendations…
Parking- Park along the neighborhood roads (there are parallel parking spots along the street, please use these and not along the curb). This is Gaia’s home (and she likes her neighbors) so please be respectful of driveways, fire hydrants, etc.
BYOB- Bring your own beverage of choice, Italian food always pairs beautifully with your favorite wine (or soda whatever your preference). We’ll provide bottled water and everything else you’ll need.
Seating- Seating is first come first serve, so come a few minutes early for the best seat in the house (they’re all great, but you know what we mean) and to save a seat for your friend.
Payment- If you have not paid online, be sure to do so in class via Venmo. $85 total (tips are never expected but always greatly appreciated). Venmo: @Gaia-Mannion
Recipes- We’ll send out recipes to the email you registered for class within 7 days of the class, this will include instructions, pictures of ingredients and where you can find them! If you’d like to take any notes we recommend bringing a small notebook and pen.
What can you expect- Amazing food, new friends, Italian cooking tips and tricks straight from Gaia’s family kitchen, and (if you’re lucky) you’ll get to meet Gaia’s very friendly Rottweiler, Dexter!
Dress Code- Whatever you feel most comfortable in!
Something came up?- We know life happens, if you’re not able to make it to the class please let us know as soon as possible! If we’re able to fill your seat we’ll send you a refund. If you’re not able to attend and your seat doesn’t fill, we’ll still send you the recipes and a 30% off your next class. Thanks for your understanding, with such small class sizes it makes it really difficult to have flexible refund policy.
We can't wait to see you, if you have any questions don't hesitate to reach out to Gaia's team at [email protected]
Grazie,
